Taunton Town Centre Company has created a comprehensive events portal, regularly updated to provide an at-a-glance summary of events and activities taking place across Taunton.
You can view the Taunton Christmas Festival Sunday 20th November 2011 leaflet here. The site is equiped to accept RSS feeds and receives regular updates from the towns sporting, cultural and activity providers.
You can also view events throughout the district of Taunton Deane and subscribe to the Heart of Somerset newsletter here.
Highlights in the Taunton event calendar include the annual Family Fun Day in May, Taunton Marathon, Summer Westival, Taunton Flower Show in August, Taunton Carnival and Christmas Lights celebrations. Visiting Markets include the weekly Vale of Taunton Farmers' Market and monthly Blackdown Hills Craft Market.

Trull Party in the Park 2012

THE SIXTEEN: 7.30pm, Friday 4th May 2012 - at St Mary Magdalene Church , Taunton
The Sixteen, conducted by Harry Christophers, are one of the "rock stars" of classical music. They have sung to packed audiences all over the world and have even been awarded the rare honour of singing in the Sistine Chapel. You can reserve seats NOW (without obligation) and pay in February.
