Everyone should enjoy the charm and shopping facilities that Taunton Town Centre offers, and to ensure that all do Shopmobility offers a service to the disabled or disadvantaged visitor.

Shopmobility is for people who have either permanent or temporary limited mobility. The free service provides powered and unpowered wheelchairs and scooters.

Taunton Town Centre Accessibility

The responsibility of Taunton Deane Borough Council, Shopmobility scheme meets Department of Transport criteria ensuring a high level of service.

Shopmobility is situated in the Paul Street Multi Storey Car Park and parking is only 40 metres away. Accessible Toilet Facilities are also available.
